Monitor all customer interactions with Jabong and drive projects for constant improvement 3. Lead audit control for all process improvements. Own all customer feedback and interaction platforms. 4. Perform competitor analysis and best practices across ecommerce industry 5. Create business plans for organizational initiatives and execute the same. 6. Engage with business reporting teams and analysts to understand key issues and root cause analysis relevant to the processes. 7. Find quick resolution of issues through on the spot thinking and action oriented approach. 8. Analyze customer, operations and sales data to understand business priorities. 9. Measure process performance and KPIs using management dashboards. 10. Own implementation and compliance of one or more business processes across functions like customer service, warehouse, logistics and finance. 11. Develop excellent working relationships with function heads for smooth execution and compliance.
