Client Servicing &Sales Intern
Internship Description1.Any graduate, MBA in Marketing preferred. 2.Freshers can also apply. 3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4.Must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork. 5.Must possess excellent customer service skills. 6.Proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to the Sales.
Responsibilities1.Assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation. 2.Prepare and follow up on any sales proposals made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them. 3.Respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner. 4.Liaise with other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints. 5.Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly. 6.Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
