Human Resources Intern
Minimum Requirements for the candidates applying to Human Resources Internship at Revolux Solutions:
1. Apply to this Internship: Between 25th Apr'17 and 4th May'17.
2. Project Availability: 2 months (preferred, not mandatory)
3. Preferred Degree(s): Any degree but have relevant skills and interest.
4. Degree Year: Currently in any year of study or recent graduates
5. Available Internship Slots: 1
At Revolux Solutions, Interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes arriving on time (as specified by the company), notifying the team leader of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.
During the internship tenure, intern will be be working on following verticals (in group or individually):
1. New Employee Training and Onboarding Process
2. Office administration and management
3. Payroll Process management
4. Employee Record Maintenance and issuing of various letters to employees
5. Managing team related events
6. Managing office guests and vendors
7. Maintaining Office records and documents
8. Voucher creation, Travel arrangements
9. Any other responsibility as advised by management
10. Managing Recruitment Process
Certificate, Letter of recommendation, Pre placement offer (PPO), Flexible work hours, Informal dress code, 5 days a week.
