Internship Description

1.Analyze client requirements and translate them into course design for effective learning. 2.Design the Course Outline as per the learning objectives and develop training material meeting the same. 3.Developing the Storyboards for technical and non-technical courses (ILT & WBT). 4.Experience in Simulation, Technical, Management and Soft skills related courses. 5.Create course content structures for online courses (WBTs/CBTs) after understanding client requirements. 6.Creating content that would be transformed into learning programs. 7.Create content for K-12 and Corporate Training Course ware. 8.Write scripts for videos, animations, and interactive learning scenarios. 9.Revise and rewrite content to shape it for learning needs. 10.Visualize the ideas to be pen down beautifully. 11.Creating storyboards and content by using and applying the most appropriate ID theories and methodologies. 12.Review course content during analysis, design, and development stages for sound pedagogical and instructional design practices and recommend improvements and revisions to course content. 13.Research, analyze, design, develop, and customize instructional materials for WBT/CBT/ILT. 14.Working with different types of input material to create instructional content. 15.Apply various Instructional strategies, models and theories for content development. 16.Use templates in developing instructional materials. 17.Effectively utilized instructional design theories and models. 18.Knowledge of courseware development tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Lectora etc. 19.Be aware of e-Learning standards, processes and industry standards, such as AICC, SCORM & Section 503. 20.Interact with the development team for the design and integration of the training programs. 21.Research and keep abreast of evolving instructional design standards and innovation.
