Internship Description

1. Self-Starter willing to put forth the effort to get the job done Proactively make outbound calling to sales leads in order to develop customer base. Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi is a must. 2. Interns interested in Marketing and Sales Background can get in touch Interns who have done courses like BBA, BMS or B.Com are more than welcome; however candidates who have done other courses will have an equal chance of applying and getting selected. 3. Interns with good networking skills are required.


Key Responsibilities will include: 1. Providing customer service to online customers by maintaining and developing relationships with new & existing customers via phone calls, Whatsapp messages, texting etc. 2. Think creatively about ways to efficiently & effectively manage e-business customer relationships to optimize each customer’s experience. 3. Answer customer question on products and services etc. 4. Recognize and examine customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs. 5. Learn and understand the feedback given by them and convey it to the management.
