Internship DescriptionThe candidate is required to fulfill the following: 1. Should have good command over English and must be willing to work in shift Day/Rotational Shifts. 2. Should exhibit patience and empathy to resolve customer queries and must be able to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively. 3. Should be able to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate emails 4. Should demonstrate creative problem solving approach and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities1. Respond to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry. 2. Reviewing previous inquiries and responses. 3. Gathering and researching information. 4. Assembling and forwarding information. 5. Verifying customer's understanding of information and answer. 6. Making a record of customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in respective accounts. 7. Accomplish customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed. 8. Prepare oneself for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
