Intern Responsibilities

At Kofluence (Bengaluru), Interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes arriving on time (as specified by the company), notifying the team leader of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.

During the internship tenure, intern will be working on following verticals (in group or individually):

1. Create a pitch deck to interact with micro-influencers to increase traction.
2. Engage with top micro influencers operating in India across regions/ sectors/ platforms.
3. Conduct research on current channels used by micro influencers to reach out to brands.
4. Develop reports to highlight the major pain-points and expectations of the influencers.
5. Design revenue model based on insights drawn.
6. Understand current performance tracking model.
7. Provide recommendations to product team based on interactions.
8. Design process on creating product awareness and engagement.
9. Function as local ambassadors and conducting offline meet-ups to create awareness.
