Intern Responsibilities

At Softcell Technologies Global Pvt Ltd (Mumbai), Interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes arriving on time (as specified by the company), notifying the team leader of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.

During the internship tenure, intern will be working on following verticals (in group or individually):

1. Regularly interacting with end customers and providing appropriate product knowledge.
2. Generating interest and creating opportunities about a particular Solution.
3. Addressing the technical queries of the customer.
4. Coordinating with the sales and technical teams to progress on opportunities created.
5. Maintaining database by entering new data and verifying the existing data.
6. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
7. Gather, analyze, and communicate market data and quote feedback in order to create targeted campaigns and sales segmentation.
