Understanding and implementing the data aggregation rules. 7. Ensuring the quality of the researched data and communicate the confidence level. 8. Analyzing the data prepare reports. 9. Understanding the business roles and decision making process. 10. Defining each account strategy to suggest the best approach for reaching the decision maker. 11. Understanding, defining and refining business relationship maturity index.
