Intern Responsibilities

At Trata Group (Mumbai), Interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes arriving on time (as specified by the company), notifying the team leader of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.

During the internship tenure, intern will be working on following verticals (in group or individually):

1. Identify new leads. Engage clients in multiple segments, Presenting Online/Onsite demos.
2. Build and maintain client relationship.
3. Close deals. Take care of clients from beginning to end, guiding negotiations until contracts are signed.
4. Analyze trends and results to continually improve our sales strategy.
5. Contribute to product development.
6. Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the tech and operation team to improve the product.
