Intern Responsibilities

At HighEnd Clump (Mumbai), Interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes arriving on time (as specified by the company), notifying the team leader of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.

During the internship tenure, intern will be be working on following verticals (in group or individually):

1. Targeted calls to potential businesses and create an effective pipeline of potential contacts. 
2. Generate new businesses through a series of networking events, industry contacts, and LinkedIn.
3. Maintain the existing client relationships by catering to client needs. 
4. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to create a partnership that yields success, results, and credibility.
5. Maintain accurately and organize documentation of clients and prospects.
6. Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form.
7. Keep abreast of trends and innovative sales techniques in an effort to maintain a competitive edge. 
8. Participate in special projects, as needed.
