Internship Description

1. Develop assigned Real estate micro markets across Mumbai. 2. Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of revenue and number of customers. 3. Jobs requires visiting and meeting prospective clients to understand their ea requirements. 4. Make Sales presentation and prepare business proposal to the client based on their requirement. 5. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations. 6. To develop new market, new territories, new clients and generate new business for the company. 7. Finally close the sale with the client and achieve target sales. 8. Gathering market and customer information. 9. Conducting team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues. 10. Reviewing your own sales performance and also of your team, aiming to meet or exceed targets. 11. Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, support policies, procedures and standards.
