Internship DescriptionThe output of the internship should be a report covering competitor analysis, results of research for identifying cultural body language displays and technology tools for business expansion PROFILE DESCRIPTION: • Identification of the correct psychometric tools for all the offerings of the company • Work on qualitative research involving understanding of cultural and socio economic nuances in nonverbal communication of individuals o Nonverbal communication will include gestures, facial expressions, clothing cues, proxemics, haptics o Develop the questionnaires, set up interview sessions and complete data gathering for the above o Data to be gathered from atleast 5 different subjects from each strata identified • Analysis of competitors presenting similar offerings and understanding in depth of their services. Approach to this should be psychological and not of marketing. • Company will be expanding their horizon to digitize reading people’s body language. Identification of the correct tools along with their specifications for this, like eye tracker, Kinect etc. EDUCATION / SKILLS REQUIRED • Background in psychology or currently pursuing a masters’ degree in psychology • Should have basic understanding of structuring questionnaires, interviews etc. • Good technical background is a must for exploring integration of technology tools for conducting research.
Expenses covered at actuals. Looking to retain serious candidate on permanent basis.
