Intern Responsibilities

At Pearson India Education Services Private Limited (Noida), Interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes arriving on time (as specified by the company), notifying the team leader of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.


During the internship tenure, intern will be be working on following verticals (ingroup or individually):

1. Understand the project, its target audience, timelines.
2. Understand and outline user persona, needs, behaviors and environment.
3. Work with editors to create the scope of the digital assets.
4. Work with a user-centric approach in preparing content.
5. Innovate in digital and rapid learning models.
6. Continuously evolve the content based on learner and instructor feedback post-launch.
