Intern Responsibilities

At Villgro Innovations Foundation (Bangalore), Interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes arriving on time (as specified by the company), notifying the team leader of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.

During the internship tenure, intern will be working on following verticals (in group or individually):

1. Coordination with multiple stakeholders to execute the event.
2. Take responsibility and drive assignments to completion.
3. Manage multiple activities with Villgro Agribusiness Incubation team.
4. Translate loosely-formed ideas into actionable objectives.
5. Working with Multiple Agri portfolio companies in day to day operations.
6. Streamlining the internal portfolio management processes.
7. Developing a pipeline of Industry experts who could be leveraged for sub sector knowledge creation- Involving secondary research and conversations with sub sector experts.
