Intern Responsibilities

At Grexter (Bangalore), Interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes arriving on time (as specified by the company), notifying the team leader of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.

During the internship tenure, intern will be be working on following verticals (in group or individually):

1. Managing and handling the Grexter customer support dashboard.
2. Taking care of customer queries over the phone, email, and chat.
3. Handling the bigger escalations and coming up with amicable resolutions for the customers.
4. Tracking/improving the overall customer happiness through KPIs/performance indicators.

We launched Grexter with an aim to change the way people find houses on rent. It is a very simple technology-platform that enables rental housing with 'unlimited' flexibility. The house seeker can choose the house of his/her liking and then customize it on parameters like duration of stay, security deposit, furniture, no .of rooms etc. We want to standardize, simplify & enhance the house hunting experience.
