Intern Responsibilities

At Trata Group (Mumbai), Interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes arriving on time (as specified by the company), notifying the team leader of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.

During the internship tenure, intern will be working on following verticals (in group or individually):

1. End to End Transaction of Reports.
2. Ability to deal with Customers.
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Working with customers/employees to identify problems and advising on the solution.
5. Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries.
6. Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems.
7. Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
