Intern Responsibilities

At Make Me Builder (Delhi), Interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes arriving on time (as specified by the company), notifying the team leader of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.

During the internship tenure, intern will be working on following verticals (in group or individually):

1. Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects under HR manager.
2. Conduct inductions of new joined interns.
3. Ensure accurate and complete guidelines and procedures are followed throughout made by HR manager.
4. Conduct recruitment drives in various colleges and maintain relations.
5. Coordinate with other departments for the smooth functioning of work and update.
6. Maintain recruitment related documents and Report to HR.
7. Manage admin related work and response queries raised by other fellow interns under your department.
