Intern Responsibilities
At Newscape Consulting (Pune), Interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes arriving on time (as specified by the company), notifying the team leader of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.
During the internship tenure, intern will be working on following verticals (in group or individually):
1. Recruitment database and reports.
2. Individually handling training needs and execution support for training and employee development initiatives.
3. Maintenance of HR database and system.
4. Managing leaves and attendance data and related reports analysis.
5. Support in branding building activities.
6. Contribution in arranging Employee Engagement activities.
7. Support in other HR and Admin activities as and when required.
