Intern Responsibilities1. Facilitating human resources processes 2. Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services 3. Answering employee requests and questions 4. Assisting with new employee hiring processes 5. Conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions 6. Assisting with the performance review and termination processes 7. Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes 8. Ensuring recruitment timelines are met for all the departments. 9. Taking an initial round of HR interview. 10. Performing background checks. 11. Manage and update Job description and publish new jobs on job portals 12. Manage and update job status updates in application tracking system 13. Interview scheduling and follow up with candidates 14. Develop and maintain excel productivity reports
