Intern Responsibilities

At Gonoise (Gurgaon) Interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes arriving on time (as specified by the company), notifying the team leader of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.

During the internship tenure, intern will be working on following verticals (in group or individually):

1. Manage customer service operations and ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
2. Co-ordinate with our warehouse team in executing orders.
3. Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation.
4. Respond to emails within designated SLAs.
5. Work with the warehouse and order processing team to clear occasional & operational bottleneck.
6. Regular follow-ups regarding issues queries and operations with concerned person.
7. Handle all issues and queries of customers through email & phone.
