Intern Responsibilities

At Nasher Miles (Mumbai), Interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes arriving on time (as specified by the company), notifying the team leader of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.

During the internship tenure, intern will be working on following verticals (in group or individually):

1. Enhance pre and post purchase customer experience by responding to customer queries about the product, service, offers.
2. Their customers typically reach out to them via Social Media, online marketplaces, emails, phones and sometimes even in person!.
3. They believe in a proactive approach and part of their efforts involves putting information out there before the customer asks for it. 
4. They extensively use social media for the same across various platforms such as facebook, instagram, twitter as well as our own website.
