Intern Responsibilities

At Vikalp India Pvt. Ltd (Delhi), Interns are expected to be professionally well-versed with basic ethics, which includes arriving on time (as specified by the company), notifying the team leader of any deviations from the established schedule, and dressing to the standards of the organization and the work being performed. Respect the organization’s reporting structure and follow the policies and procedures of the organization.

During the internship tenure, intern will be working on following verticals (in group or individually):

1.Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
2.Data calling to generate new business lead and keeping a proper track of follow up.
3.Drafting and sending e-mails to the clients as per their needs and requirement. 
4.Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
5.Calling to fix meeting in schools for sales staffs with Principal/Owner/Directors and prospective clients.
6.Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments 
7.Handling correspondence with the existing clients and try to get the company some new business. 
8.Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and building client relationship.
