During the internship tenure, intern will be be working on following verticals (in group or individually):
1. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
2. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
3. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
4. Onboard Pharma businesses to a growing Upgrade network fostering long-term business relationships.
5. Deliver a proactive touch-point strategy to drive product adoption, training, and - most importantly - account growth and renewals.|
6. Monitor the overall health of business accounts, tracking usage, satisfaction and periodic updates.
7. Be an expert on Uptrado’s products, services and systems to skillfully communicate to members/users the value of Uptrado’s platform.
8. Act as our primary customer advocate, driving cross-functional teams across development, product management, and support.
9. Build good working relationships.
