Internship Description

At Shopmonk, we believe Customer Care is everyone's responsibility. The selected interns will work with Category, Operations and Technology teams in solving customer issues. Responsibilities include: 1. Proactively resolve customer queries (through phone/email). 2. Maintain records of various issues and route queries to appropriate teams. 3. Take ownership of tasks and improve customer satisfaction.
