Business Development (Sales) Intern
The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship:
1. Visiting residential projects, meeting builders/ Sales managers and explaining the concept of the portal.
2. Convincing them for either a free with pay-on-booking OR a paid listing on the portal.
3. Gather data, click pics, videos and get the legal agreements signed by the builders.
1. Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi, English,Selling & Convincing skills required,
2. MS Office knowledge must.
3. Should be able to perform under pressure.
4. Work on targets.
5. Should be comfortable to work on weekends.
It is a start-up established in Dec-13 headquartered in Pune. We are in process of developing a Real Estate portal offering paid AD listings and free pay-on-booking listings to builders. We are also offering one-on-one property consultancy, complete hand-holding right from searching , analyzing, finalizing, negotiating & booking properties to home finance, legal assistance services to buyers.
