2. Sourcing of candidates through various means , portals , referrals and head hunting.
3. Screening the resumes on a regular basis.
4. Acquiring new clients and deepening relationship with them.
5. Conducting interviews for the preliminary screening of candidates.
6. Coordinating with the Companies and placing the desired candidate as per the requirement.
7. Drafting routine correspondences.
8. Maintaining and updating the database.
9. Preparing weekly and monthly MIS reports.
10. Conducting informal effective Training and Development Sessions specially for The BPO associates. 11. Going for client visit to get feedback from them.
12. Conducting Training and Development Sessions.
13. Understanding the client's requirement.
14. Preparing invoice after the candidate is placed. Regular follow up for the invoice payments with the clients.
15. Assisting its directors to help in the business for the growth of the business and developing the business by various means.
16. Providing new ideas and concepts for promotion of the company.
