5. Ensure that correct and reliable data is collected from each verified Realtor.
6. Engaging realtors, developers with various RealKonnect products to help their business derive maximum value from us.
7. Get strong leads and references by building relationships with Realtors, for future approach.
AVK Media Ventures LLP is a start up. It was put together by 3 young entrepreneurs, who wanted to make a contribution towards the real estate space. Having a combined experience of more than 5years, we are focused on working and transforming the property space.
We are a marketing company, working with Top Builders and Channel Partners. We help market Builders’ projects through our product “Real Konnect Magazine(Under Process)”, RealKonnect.in, a real estate portal, is a product where Realtors can network and generate leads; and through Exhibitions(Under Construction), which would be a showcase space for Developers and a network building platform for Real Estate Consultants. We thereby cover traditional as well digital marketing platforms for our partners. In essence, we conduct B2B and B2C marketing and branding for our partners.
We aim to build networks and relationships within our partners through our products. Our eventual aim is to simplify the property market for all the stakeholders of the Business.
