Job Description

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.


1. Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
2. Designing, building and maintaining our social media presence.
3. Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
4. Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
5. Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.
6. Planning, executing and measuring experiments and conversion tests.
7. Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
8. Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Instrument conversion points and optimizing user funnels.
9. Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners.
10. Evaluating emerging technologies.
11. Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Who can apply:

1. Only Bangalore candidates can apply.
2. Candidates should be skilled at Social Media Marketing and Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
3. Candidates in any year of study or recent graduates with relevant skills and interest can apply.
4. Candidates must be available full time for at least 3 months.
5. Candidates should be available to start the internship immediately and no later than 12th October 2016.

Number of Internships: 2
Stipend: Rs. 3000 per month
