2. Experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales with a software company would be an added advantage.
3. Command over English language(verbal & written), ability to present his/her point of view effectively.

5. Excellent skills in developing relationships with clients & excellent client service skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
7. Result Oriented, demonstrated performance in past records.
8. Knowledge of CRM will be an added advantage.
The candidate should fulfil the following job responsibilities:-
1. Scheduling appointments for the outside sales team as per the set targets.
2. Work with the National Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
3. Manage data for new and prospective clients ensuring all communications are logged & information is accurate.
4. Meet and/or exceed daily and monthly performance targets for number of outbound calls, qualified leads passed and pipeline contribution.
5. Perform research on companies as a component of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing the web and other research tools available.
6. Discover and establish new sources for generating business leads
7. Prepare and analyse lead generation reports.
8. Develop detailed summaries of qualified leads for Sales team to understand a prospects business pain and infrastructure.
