Job Description

The candidate should have the following job requirements:-
1. The role will be to work with a database of clients that are a mixture of existing, dormant
and new contacts and get involved in all aspects of the sales process including building and
maintaining your own business pipeline.

2. Outbound calling or customer service experience.

3. Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner.

4. Computer literate and experience in database navigation.

5. Knowledge of the IT industry an advantage.

6. Confident, self motivated and commission driven.

7. Friendly personality and team player.


The candidate has to fulfill the following job responsibilties:-
1. Receiving inbound calls of existing customers.

2. Making out bound calls to genrate Leads.

3. Co - ordinating with dealers & distributors.

4. Mantaining excel reports.
