Job Description

Jamuura.com is looking for Customer Service Executive (full time) in Pune.
1. Should be internet savvy with ability to research online.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills in English required.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Power point required.
4. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow- up skills.
5. Should be able to work in a team, accept feedbacks and show continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

1. Customer relationship management - Communicate courteously with customers, ensure clear communication of the company’s products and services & manage relationships with clients.
2. Data management - Ensure accurate records of all customer discussions or correspondence.
3. Festival submission – Research, analysis & submission of films to film festivals.
