1. To generate the Leads in the defined market for contractual staffing through Cold Calls, Market Research and Channel Management.
2. Account Management for corporate clients by providing solution to their needs and pain points
Mapping the new potential accounts at all levels, Taking care of all the leads generated for contract staffing requirements.
3. Arranging Corporate Meetings with HR Directors.
4. Research and Maintaining Corporate Data Base updated.
5. Public Relation Tie ups with Corporate.
6. Ensure generating revenues by monitoring the payment details.
7. Responsible for increasing revenue through up selling activities.
