Pre sales Intern
Who can apply:
1. Graduates (0 to 1 Year experience).
2. Ladies Only.
3. Available for Long Term.
4. Full Time Employee.
5. Candidate's current location should be Mumbai.
The selected candidate(s) will work on following:
1. Work with team to ensure company objectives are communicated accurately when prospects first call in.
2. Handling client’s presales enquiries through calls and emails.
3. Handling presales enquiries on various projects & fixing appointments with the sales executive on site if the client is a prospective buyer.
4. Sending promotion E-mailer and Newsletter and SMS blast.
5. Maintaining database for direct mailer and existing client communication.
6. Ensuring that each and every customer communication (Query & Complaint) is addressed and action with the respective department.
7. Supplementing the sales team with Sales plan and project brochures, collaterals, etc.
8. Make the Inquiry calls Report & Send to the sites for the follow up and submit the report for the same to the HOD On Weekly Basis.
9. Send the welcome letters to the new Customers.
10. Taking updates of all the site bookings by coordinating with site people and maintaining the data of clients as well as the broker’s data.
11. Replying on off-line chat Email enquires.
