Business Development Manager
The candidate should fulfill the following requirements:-
1. Identification of new channel partners ( i.e. Brokers / Local Real Estate Agents)
2. Managing Channel partners and drive sales through them.
3. Planning marketing strategies for generating new channel partners
4. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
5. Direct and coordinate activities involving indirect sales.
6. Acquiring new HNI and Ultra HNI clients, with portfolio more than 5cr.
7. Responsible to acquire large Corporate and HNI clients to invest in our real estate products.
8. Responsible for revenue and collections.
The candidate should fulfill the following job responsibilities:-
1. Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
2. Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents.
3. Bid management processing and manage order levels maintaining the CRM database.
4. Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
5. Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
6. Work with and Group marketing to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products.
7. Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
