Client Relations Executive (Tele-Caller)
As a Tele-caller, your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):-
1. Capture information on call, by outbound calls to clients who will be listed on website.
2. Should be well versed with talking over phone.
3. Calling/ follow up with potential service providers to collect or verify the accuracy of information to the site at regular intervals.
4. Liaising and building a long term relationship with clients.
5. Working with the content writer and IT team.
6. Working with teams in FURC to meet customer/ service provider needs
7. Providing feedback to management on interactions with service providers and customers
8. Content Management, Uploading and Validation
9. Managing and Maintaining quality and accuracy of the content on the website.
10. MIS Reporting, Management presentations, adhoc reports
11. Any other activities as decided from time to time
1. Proficiency in English (Written/Verbal) is required.
2. Prior experience of inbound and outbound calls in BPO is preferred.
3. Should love the startup environment.
4. Should have go getter attitude.
5. Target driven.
6. Good at people interaction.
7. Organised and creative.
8. Good work ethics.
