Job Description

We are looking for people who enjoy multi-tasking & would love to work in a startup.
We are looking for Operations Executives @ Classpro.
The role gives you a lot of flexibility along with some important responsibilities.


The candidate should fulfill the following job responsibilities:-
1. Working with clients & ensuring their success.

2. Helping customers set-up their Classpro trial account.

3. Providing clients with expert advice with regards to managing their operations using Classpro.

4. Provide ongoing support to users, via phone, e-mail & chat, to ensure their success with Classpro.

5. Retaining clients with extremely butterful relationship management.

6. Conduct on-going online meetings with users to communicate best practices.

7. Identify at-risk renewals and work with engineering and product teams to devise methods to retain such accounts.

8. Candidate will be responsible for cold calling and fixing appointments with clients.

9. Lead Generation through internet and other sources.

10. Showing Online demos to prospective clients, demonstrating the software and explaining about the features and functionality of the product.

11. Follow up with prospective clients and help in closing deals.


Depending upon the experience, base salary is INR between 10k to 15k.
