Client Relationship Executive
The candidate should have the following requirements:-

The candidate should fulfil the following job responsibilities:-
1. To assist a client selects premises
2. Understanding the Legal, Financial and Time Constraints of a client in detail to allow appropriate structuring of a deal.
3. Short listing of appropriate candidate properties as per clients' demand / requirements.
4. Coordination with Associate Brokers, Owners for site visits to short-listed properties.
5. Follow Up and track client preferences and choices to converge deals in time bound manner.
6. Legal documentation, financial breakdown of the deal and negotiation of all terms and conditions in favor of the client.
7. Handling of various financial instruments, accompanying the client at every stage to facilitate a no frills transaction.
8. Understanding a clients' requirement for a space / premises.
