Team Leader - Business Development Executive
The candidate should fulfill the following requirements:-
1. Team Building ,Team Motivation, Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs,
Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes,
Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing, Implementing Client Relationship
2. Candidate with any Experience in the field of Sales or an Internship in Sales and
Marketing will be given priority.(Experience includes College Fest etc).
3. Should focus on cold calling, follow up and successful closure of the lead.
The candidate should carry out the following responsibilities:-
1. Sells products by implementing sales plans.
2. supervising sales staff and reaching the required target with the help of efficient team work.
3. Creating and Implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
4. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for regions.
5. Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
6. Training members for Sales and providing them with guidance, even in the field level.
7. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
8. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
9. Conducting Market research and Segmentation.
10. On field sales/Walk-ins for B2B clients and B2C Clients with the team.
11. Directing the team for Cold Calling for B2B Clients.
Selected Candidate will be given a training of 1 week before implementing his/her job duties.
