Customer Support Associate
As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be dealing directly with our customers and be responsible for inbound sales and post sale enquiries through email, chat and phone.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets through catalogue selling to customers.
• Responsible for handling inbound sales and post sales queries through email, chat, phone and social media platforms.
• Responsible for end to end sales including cross team coordination and fulfilment and create positive customer relations.
• Ensures customer requests are handled appropriately, in a timely manner and resolution of customer questions/complaints.
• Pre-sale analysis of customer inquiries and suggesting appropriate action to improve the customer experience
