The candidate should fulfill the following requirements:-
1. Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
2. Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
3. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
4. Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
5. Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs.
The candidate should fulfill the following job responsibilities:-
1.Qualify sales leads in line with Sterling’s target customer criteria.
2. Generate and book in excess of 8 suitable appointments per month for Business Development Managers.
3. Contact 20 new prospect accounts per week.
4. Establish new relationships by researching, adding and developing new clients.
5. Maintain existing client relationships, in particular, those which are not actively visited by field sales personnel.
6. Collate information on prospective clients, even where an appointment is not obtained.
