We are looking for dynamic sales professionals (In-House as well as Field Sales) for our new upcoming venture in Real Estate. The candidate should be working hard consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company's target.
1. Receive Client calls, noting down requirements and explaining the concept and company Profile.
2. Identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per property sales.
3. Fixing appointments with the customer for a site visit or office visit by regularly following up with the leads generated through promotional activities.
4. Interacting with existing clients for feedback and post sales service.
5. Constant follow up with potential lead.
6. Administrative and clerical skills necessary to manage files and records.
