The candidate should fulfill the following requirements:-
1. Responsible for Developing courier and cargo Franchises or sub District Franchise in different different areas.

2. Identification and development of business in the area.

3. Should be target oriented.

4. Experience in making Franchise for the company will be preferred in courier and logistics.

5. Experience in any other field can also apply.


The candidate should fulfill the following requirements:-
1. Communicating various schemes/offers to Franchise for enhancing performance

2. Expansion of the Franchise network & ensuring service-supply for all.

3. Should be able to lead the team so as to ensure that they follow the laid down rules and regulations of the company.

4. To Recruit Staff and achieve targets through them.

5. Should be able to keep the team motivated so that service quality does not get affected even during difficult times.

6. Manage all activities covering setting & monitoring targets.

7. Open for traveling with in the area.

8. Should be target oriented.
