Job Description

The candidate should have the following requirements:-
1. Good communication skill (Fluency in English is desirable).

2. Should be self-confident.

3. Dynamic & appealing personality.

4. Should have his / her own conveyance.

5. Should possess a Go-Getter Attitude.

6. Resilience & the ability to cope with rejection.

7. The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.

8. The ability to work both independently & as part of a team.


The candidate should fulfill the following job responsibilities:-
1. Penetrating these markets, identifying potential buyers / investors for NCR based real estate projects.

2. Identifying channel partners, property dealers, CAs stockbrokers and other Market Intermediaries who may assist in selling Companys real estate venture in NCR.

3. Propagating Companys brand name, its ventures and benefits of investing in NCR based real estate project.

4. Venue Sales: Showcase Properties at exhibitions, road shows, etc.

5. Maintaining daily MIS.

6. Lead Generation through: Reference & Corporate activities.

7. Conducting marketing research & report presentation.
