1. Open to working in shifts & weekends including Night Shifts.
2. Should have good persuasive skills.
3. Experience in handling calls a must. (Inbound/Outbound)
4. Should demonstrate a can-do-attitude.
5. Computer proficient and possess good analytical ability.
6. Should be a quick learner.

3. Customer service.
