IT Recruitment Intern
The selected person will ultimately be responsible for recruiting and staffing for large Fortune 500 US based direct / end-clients Recruiters will be actively involved in the hiring process from start to finish, maintaining strong relationships with candidates based in USA. Duties will include sourcing and screening candidates, formatting and submitting resumes, coordinating interviews and negotiating pay rates, as well as maintaining records in the database.
The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship:
1.IT Recruitment (for US clients).
2.Staffing (for US clients).
