US Inbound Voice Process
The candidate will be engaging in following activities:
1. Day-to-day contact with the US & Canada based clients.
2. Identifying and establishing new business
3. Check the problems, related to routers/Computers/Laptops etc.
4. Providing pre-sales and after-sales support
5. Gather the information about clients.
Following set of responsibilities will be involved during the job tenure:
1. Provide live inbound telephone support & up selling for products to end user
2. Performing callbacks as required
3. Identify hardware/software problems and offer solutions for customer accounts.
5. Daily contact with the end user is required and a focus on quick resolution of the problems will be needed.
6. Respond to request for support and assistance from customers.
7. Ensure the efficient and effective classification and prioritization of request to ensure timely resolution.
8. Transfer to the concerned department/Person
