We are an IBM partner located in Chennai and the product is sold on a SaaS model hosted on IBM Cloud.
We need a proactive person to sell an hosted SaaS Resource optimization Solution with built in competency platform, CRM & big data analytics to IT companies having 50 - 2000 consultants.
The ROI is in savings of time and improved margins for IT/ITeS companies and usually got within 4 - 6 months of implementation.
Target persons - Delivery & Operational heads for optimization, Resource Management & HR heads for competency assessment.
1. Cold Call or email to set up meetings
[Make calls / email to set up online or in person meetings with decision makers based on the prospect list provided to you from our Chennai office (some preparation has to be done prior to the call like basic research about company and person's role etc.)]
2. Demo the product
[a. If online, then use Google/Skype or join.me/go-to-meeting depending on user preference to demo the product and seek feedback b. If in person, use company provided laptop to demo the product and seek feedback]
3. Prepare and send technical/commercial proposal.
4. Follow up with the prospect to close the sale.
5. Followup with Services team to get project started.
6. Ensure payment is received for work done/SaaS licensing.
7. Maintain and update lead list on CRM system.
