1. Handling Recruitment's for IT Domain, BFSI, Pharma, Ecommerce
2. Handling Middle and Senior Level recruitment's
3.Screening of candidate’s resumes and analysis according to client requirement
4. Sourcing the candidates from various Networking Sites, Database, Job- Portals, References & Head Hunting.
5. Conducting telephonic interviews, and Schedule Face to face interviews with the client.
6. Briefing about the stages of Interviews to candidates
7. Follow-up with candidates until they join
8. Find back-ups in case candidate back out before or after they join.
9. Coordination with clients and candidates till the end to end process.
10. Sourcing candidates by Head hunting (references) for niche skills from specific companies.
11. Conduct first level interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, technical skills, interest level, availability, salary,
