The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship:
1. Design and develop strategy for Recruitments.
2. Manpower plan in consultation with functional heads & Senior managers
3. Coordinating with various Placement Agencies.
4. Recruitment through Advt. job site, Classifieds walk- in, internal references.
5. Carrying out the HR selection process and creating a database of candidates for quick action.
6. Carrying out the paperwork and ensure all transactions related to HR were completed.
7. Reference checks.
8. Developing new channels of recruitment to ensure adequate Manpower.
9. Responsible for the entire activity from screening to placement of candidate.
10. Implementing recruitment strategies to achieve corporate management HR expansion plans through activities like Bulk recruitment drives and Campus recruitment.
